Project & Location Data: We collect project dimensions and zip codes. This data is used for localized cost calculations and is processed through proprietary algorithms to train and refine our machine learning models for improved accuracy.
Business Information:We collect your name, company name, logo, and contact information strictly to generate personalized estimates for your clients.
Payment Data: All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card details.

Anonymization: Project-specific data (dimensions, materials, costs) used for machine learning is stripped of all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before processing.
Derived Data Ownership: GET FRAMEWORK LLC retains permanent ownership of anonymized, aggregated data sets generated by the platform to improve the "Vetting Tool" engine.
Indefinite Retention:While PII is deleted according to regulatory requirements, anonymous project data is retained indefinitely to support the software’s long-term algorithmic health.

To provide the Service, we share necessary data with:

Infrastructure: Vercel(Hosting) and Squarespace (Platform).
Functionality: Craftsman Catalog API (Cost Data) and OAuth Providers (Secure Login).
Maintenance: Sentry (Error Monitoring).

USA Only:Framework is designed for and restricted to users within the United States. We do not offer services or intentionally collect data from individuals outside the USA.
Cookie Clause:We use cookies to maintain your session, secure your account, and improve site functionality. We do not use PII collected via cookies for third-party marketing purposes.
