Acceptable Use Policy for GET FRAMEWORK LLC

1. CONSPICUOUS RESTRICTION: SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ONLY

Framework is strictly licensed for the estimation of single-family residential construction projects. Use of this software for commercial skyscrapers, industrial infrastructure, government military projects, or multi-family complexes is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.

2. Prohibited Technical Activities

You are legally obligated to use the software only through the provided user interface. You shall not:

• Scrape or Extract: Use any automated system, "bot," or "spider" to extract cost data or the Craftsman Catalog database from the platform.
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile or discover the source code of our proprietary estimation algorithms.
• Credential Sharing: Share your login credentials or "white-label" the software for third-party use.

3. Professional Content Standards

As an assistant to licensed professionals, Framework requires all user-uploaded content (logos, project titles, client notes) to maintain professional standards. You agree not to upload:

• Inappropriate Material: Any content that is profane, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit.
• Infringing Content: Logos or images that you do not have the legal right to use.
• Malicious Code: Any files containing viruses or malware that could disrupt the service.

4. Compliance & Enforcement

• Professional Standard of Care: Users must independently verify all outputs against "boots-on-the-ground" conditions.
• Right to Terminate: GET FRAMEWORK LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for any user found in violation of these terms.
• Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes regarding the enforcement of this AUP are subject to binding arbitration in Merrimack County, New Hampshire.
